No haggling, no games. Thanks to, the always dapper, Sales Manager Sina Fard for the transparent approach, and George Armenis in Finance for a smooth, detail-oriented close.
Josh and Nicolaas did a great job walking me through the car, and I’d also like to recognize Francis and Sajid for consistently excellent service on my previous V60.
Having dealt with Volvo dealers across Ontario and Quebec, this was by far my best experience—across any brand.

My sales rep Antonii kept me informed and in the loop the entire time — he was interested in closing the deal, but never pushy. over the week or so of back and forth, from the test drive to signing the deal, working with him and the Sales Manager Sina to get the deal done was pleasant.
George in finance was unlike any finance manager I've dealt with. He explained the products available (warranty, extra protection, etc.) but instead of telling me what I needed, he provided the facts and let me make the decision myself.
Nick, the delivery specialist, walked me through every inch of the car, with a special focus on the tech, charging, and EV features, which I appreciated as a first-time PHEV owner.
