I had an awesome experience with the team at Volvo Cars Toronto. Yin, the sales rep, really knew his stuff and took the time to understand what I wanted, making everything transparent and easy. When it was time to pick up the car, Nic did an amazing job walking me through all the features with a lot of attention to detail and even answered questions about SPECS that I quizzed him on. They were both super professional and patient, making me feel totally confident in my decision. And it goes without saying, the Volvo has been an amazing car. Highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely blown away by how supportive Hang Jia has been — even months after the car was purchased. Anytime I’ve had a question or minor issue, he’s jumped in to help, whether it was a software glitch or advice on maximizing fuel efficiency. He’s the kind of person who really stands behind the product and cares about your satisfaction. Stellar service from an outstanding person! We were struggling between a xc40 and a ford escape, choose the Volvo without any doubts after test drive with Hang. Best service and really chill guy
