For even more excitement and an even more powerful vehicle, both the S60 Recharge and the V60 Recharge are available with a Polestar tune which boosts output up to 415 horsepower and 495 ft-lb of torque.

The Volvo S60 and V60 Recharge are powered by a plug-in hybrid system that combines the best elements from a gasoline engine and an electric powertrain. One of the attributes of this system is the fuel economy that is possible. Indeed, the S60 Recharge can achieve a fuel consumption as low as 7.0L / 100 km on the highway and 8.4L / 100 km in the city, with a combined figure of 7.8 L / 100 km. The V60 Recharge is also capable of the same numbers, despite its higher weight. What is even more impressive is the all-electric range of 35 kilometers that can be achieved if you plug the vehicle into a charger.
